I'm a computer science student genuinely interested in the development of artificial general intelligence and where and how artificial intelligence will take us in the future as AI tech progresses increasingly quickly. My goal is to contribute to the development of AI in the future; given the chance, i would want to be able to develop systems that comprehend, adapt, and evolve rather than merely obey commands. I want to investigate how artificial general intelligence can enhance human-technology interaction, foster creativity, and learn alongside us. I'm prepared to face the challenges, the hopes, and the fears that come with stepping into uncharted territory, given how new this technology. I want to contribute to the development of a future in which AI and humanity work together to create something truly remarkable through investigation, experimentation, and creativity.
Hi, I’m Jian — a software developer who enjoys building functional tools and software that bring ideas to life. My core stack includes Python, Java, C, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Spring Boot, JTE, and MySQL, and I also dabble in C#, C++, Unity, Blender, and Tinkercad when a project calls for something different. I like creating everything from dynamic web applications to interactive tools and game prototypes, with a focus on clean code, intuitive design, and solving real-world problems. Outside of coding, I’m often experimenting with 3D modeling, game mechanics, quick hardware prototypes, Arduino projects, Raspberry Pi builds, and custom computers — I’ve built six so far and counting. Recently, I’ve been working on a large-scale multimodal AI project using an open-weight model designed to act more like a friend than just a personal assistant. It’s equipped with tool integrations so it can handle everything a traditional assistant can, while also engaging in full conversations, remembering past interactions, and adapting over time. When I’m not coding or working on projects, I enjoy playing a wide variety of games and taking my car out for spirited drives — pushing it to its limits and enjoying every moment behind the wheel. This portfolio is a snapshot of my favorite work — projects that blend creativity, practicality, and technical skill.
